## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and champion an entire product area, focusing on rapidly delivering value to customers
- Dive into user research to understand pain points, gather insights, and validate design decisions
- Team up with stakeholders to craft a long-term vision and direction for the product
- Inspire fellow designers, collaborate to refine design processes, and elevate the team through workshops, documentation, and constructive design feedback
- Proactively seek opportunities to create lasting impact

## Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B or complex problem spaces
- Strong design portfolio showcasing design skills and thoughtful solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers and PMs
- Well-rounded design background with deep knowledge in one or more areas of product design
- Strategic product mindset aligning design decisions with business goals
- Curious, eager to learn, and excited to dive into new challenges

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in complex B2B problem spaces

- $123,500 - $166,500 salary range
