> The Business Development Representative will own outbound prospecting, identify strategic accounts, build pipeline, manage multichannel sequences, and coordinate meetings for account executives. ## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of Vanta’s value proposition and product.
- Identify strategic accounts using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6sense.
- Organize multichannel prospecting campaigns and develop sequences in Outreach.
- Coordinate meetings on account executives’ calendars and log activities.
- Counter objections effectively while demonstrating excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
- Manage the current outbound engine.
- Create processes and procedures for a scaling business.
- Represent Vanta’s brand with empathy and professionalism.
- Commute to the office for a hybrid schedule three days per week.

## Requirements
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in a pipeline-generating sales role.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for making an early impact at a startup.
- College degree required.
