## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for technical, product, and business/operations roles, from role intake through qualified pipeline.
- Build and execute Boolean search strings, talent maps, and market research using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to translate role requirements into sourcing criteria and calibrate candidate quality.
- Run outbound outreach campaigns for passive candidates and iterate messaging based on response data.
- Maintain organized pipelines in Ashby, tracking sourcing metrics and funnel conversion.
- Monitor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor talent movement.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of sourcing experience, including meaningful experience at a high-growth startup.
- Experience sourcing across engineering, product, and business/operations roles.
- Strong command of Boolean search logic and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and Ashby or similar ATS.
- Track record of building pipelines for hard-to-fill or niche roles.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience sourcing at AI/ML or data-focused companies.
- Familiarity with market mapping and competitive talent intelligence.
- Experience partnering directly with C-level or senior hiring managers.

- $140,000–$170,000 annual salary.
