## Job Description

## What You’ll Do

- Plan Omi's roadmap to help humans be 1000x more productive
- Architect all Omi products and design
- Build prototypes that feel like magic and scale into products
- Help shape product direction and culture
- Work directly with founder every day — build and launch together

## What I’m Looking For

- Built and shipped something impressive, e.g.:
  - Product used by 1M+ people or 10K+ devices shipped
  - Built something with >$1M revenue
  - Raised >$1M as founder/solo builder

One strong signal is enough.

## Compensation

- Salary: $100,000 - $200,000
- Significant equity
- Full ownership over technical direction
