## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end reseller onboarding for Japan and Korea, including application intake, screening coordination, agreement execution, marketplace authorization, entitlement setup, activation, and Salesforce record maintenance.
- Run hyperscaler reseller operations, including deal-registration intake and validation, marketplace authorizations, private offers, and end-customer transaction reporting.
- Run direct reseller operations, including partner quotes and order forms, order booking, provisioning, commit tracking, true-ups, local invoicing, currency, and consumption-tax coordination.
- Manage regional reseller incentive operations, including eligibility, quarterly payout validation, and partner disputes.
- Provide first-line operational support in Japanese and Korean during local business hours and localize onboarding, registration, and ordering materials.
- Manage outsourced or contracted regional operations capacity, including scope, quality, and service levels.
- Coordinate local-language certification and training logistics with Enablement.
- Own reseller reporting for registration volume, cycle time, activation, attach, and attributed revenue.
- Adapt global Partner Operations playbooks for Japan and Korea and represent regional requirements in systems and automation work.

## Requirements
- Several years of experience in channel, reseller, distribution, or partner operations at a technology company.
- Working proficiency in Japanese, Korean, and English.
- Practical knowledge of at least one major cloud marketplace reseller program, including authorizations, private offers, or deal registration; or deep experience in one resale motion with the ability to learn another quickly.
- Hands-on experience with quote-to-order, order management, or partner billing.
- Experience coordinating with Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal.
- Experience documenting manual processes into workflows, service levels, and reporting.
- Experience managing vendors or contractors.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience, including reporting and data maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with Japanese or Korean enterprise reseller and systems-integrator ecosystems, including local invoicing, credit, and consumption-tax conventions.
- Experience with partner incentives or rebate operations.
- Experience launching a partner program.
- Experience with PRM or deal-registration tools.
- Experience building operational automations with Claude or similar tools.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Hybrid policy requiring staff to work from an office at least 25% of the time; some roles may require more office time.
