## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory strategy for identifying, prioritizing, and securing new health system partnerships across the Northeast.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and relationship development through discovery, executive presentations, negotiation, and launch.
- Build relationships with physician leaders, behavioral health executives, referral management teams, population health leaders, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Navigate complex health system organizations, build stakeholder consensus, and align partnership value with clinical and strategic priorities.
- Maintain knowledge of health system landscapes, executive movement, strategic priorities, competitive dynamics, and partnership opportunities.
- Manage territory planning, prospecting, account prioritization, and pipeline generation.
- Represent the company as a behavioral health thought partner on industry trends, healthcare economics, referral workflows, access, quality, and patient outcomes.
- Partner with Clinical, Operations, Legal, Product, and Executive Leadership to structure and launch partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, executive forums, and professional networks.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience developing and closing enterprise partnerships with health systems, integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, physician organizations, or other complex healthcare providers.
- Proven record of independently sourcing, developing, and closing new business opportunities in a quota-carrying or commercially accountable role.
- Established network and credibility with health system executives, physician leaders, and clinical stakeholders.
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving clinical, operational, legal, finance, and executive decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of health system operations, physician referral patterns, behavioral health access challenges, and clinical leadership priorities.
- Exceptional written, verbal, executive communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build consensus, influence C-suite leaders, and develop compelling business cases.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong accountability, and ability to independently drive opportunities forward.
- Collaborative approach to cross-functional partnership execution.
- Passion for expanding access to high-quality behavioral health care.

## Compensation
- Annual salary: $160,000-$180,000.
