## Job Description

## Qualifications
- 3+ years of software sales leadership experience.
- Expert knowledge and experience in building and motivating sales teams, growing pipeline, and hitting revenue targets.
- Process oriented and data driven approach to managing forecasts in tools like **Salesforce** while scaling repeatable sales processes like **MEDDPICC** and **Command of the Message**.
- Consistent achievement of sales goals with high seller participation.
- Talent magnet, constantly looking for top talent.
- Curiosity to learn technical concepts and articulate business value to senior/executive stakeholders.
- Track record of developing deep relationships with key partners.
- High sense of urgency and ownership with empathy and compassion in leadership.

## Responsibilities
- Consistently help team meet or exceed quota.
- Exceed team goals as a top-performing team leader.
- Cultivate Account Executives for consistent month-over-month success.
- Mentor, lead, or coach new peers.
- Provide feedback to executive team to steer company direction.
- Active member of sales leadership team, building relationships with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Legal teams.
- Work closely with SDR and Marketing for account-based marketing strategy.

## Compensation
- On-Target Earnings: **$300,000-$350,000**
- Base Salary: **$150,000-$175,000** annually
- Meaningful equity compensation via ISO options with early exercise and 10-year post-termination exercise window.
