## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the full design lifecycle for the Live Tracking domain, from requirements gathering through launch and post-launch iteration.
- Understand underlying product mechanics and business drivers to shape systems, not just screens.
- Prototype at high fidelity and execute interfaces at the pixel level, including transitions, timing, and interaction details.
- Use AI, rapid prototyping, and iterative design to conceptualize and launch real-time surfaces.
- Maintain design quality through critique, design-system contributions, and consistent craft standards.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Social Design to balance business goals with a coherent tracking experience.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating visual craft, interaction design, and strategic thinking.
- Mastery of visual design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory.
- Experience with motion and micro-interactions that improve usability and create delight.
- Strategic and conceptual thinking, including translating business and user needs into design visions and phased execution plans.
- Ability to simplify complex, interconnected systems.
- Strong user empathy and focus on usability and accessibility.
- Ability to use research, analytics, and customer insights to understand users.
- Foundational understanding of frontend technologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering partners on handoff.
- Ability to use AI to build functional prototypes and demos.
- Genuine interest in sports and the Daily Fantasy and prediction-markets space.
- Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience leading B2C projects with a mobile-first design mentality.
- Experience in gaming, Daily Fantasy Sports, prediction markets, or social product design.
