## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Drive a multi-year product strategy and roadmap for data and pricing services.
- Own product execution across the full product lifecycle.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers, markets, and business objectives to identify opportunities and align the product domain with company goals.
- Own the product backlog, set priorities, write user stories, and drive incremental improvements.
- Prioritize features and communicate priorities clearly.
- Build backend systems that surface high-quality signals from fleet data for minute-by-minute operational decisions.
- Partner with Data Science leads to develop algorithmic models powering Zoox’s autonomous vehicle service.
- Architect rapid learning and iteration through simulation and in-market experimentation.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, particularly in AI/ML model development, data science, or marketplace-based products.
- Deep familiarity with data science, online marketplaces, machine learning, and backend infrastructure.
- Comfort engaging with engineers on data pipelines, statistical analysis, simulation, experimentation, and performance evaluation using metrics and KPIs.
- Proven track record managing complex technical products with direct customer-facing impact.
- Ability to navigate complex tradeoffs in a structured way while delivering on tight timelines.
- Customer-first mindset and passion for building products that serve end users while supporting a commercial business.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in autonomous vehicles, mobility, or ride-hailing.
- Experience optimizing products in-market, particularly through experimentation.
