## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for Stedi’s Eligibility or Insurance Discovery offering.
- Define and drive strategy for real-time eligibility checks, benefit normalization, payer connectivity, and benefit normalization.
- Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Head of Engineering to shape product direction.
- Be the primary author of complex, technical product and business documents (e.g., PR/FAQs, BRDs, Linear tickets).
- Partner with design team to develop mockups and wireframes, and engineering team to prioritize and deliver features.
- Collaborate with engineering to prioritize and ship features that improve speed, reliability, and data quality.
- Measure product performance to track adoption and identify areas of investment. Own metrics related to product adoption/engagement.
- Support and provide expertise on other product initiatives.

## Requirements
- Substantial product management experience at a healthcare software company, with a track record of delivering successfully adopted products (B2B products delivered via API are a major plus).
- 2+ years working in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly eligibility verification workflows (strongly preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another technical field, or professional experience writing code (strongly preferred).
- Established, demonstrable track record of driving product adoption and managing a product roadmap.
- Ability to translate complex customer requirements to a highly technical audience.
- Highly curious; understand why things work and how to make them high quality.
- Thrive in an ambiguous environment with a drive to ship early and often.
