## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of technical roles, from intake through offer and close.
- Partner directly with hiring managers to define role scope, calibrate must-haves, and build hiring strategies.
- Source and engage passive technical talent and build pipelines beyond inbound applications.
- Conduct structured phone screens assessing technical background, motivation, and fit.
- Guide candidates through the interview process while maintaining engagement.
- Use pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and adjust sourcing strategies.
- Represent the company’s hiring brand and standards throughout outreach and offer negotiation.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing and/or recruiting.
- At least 3 years running full-cycle searches independently.
- Experience using advanced talent platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem Sourcing, and specialized technical sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and searches with minimal guidance.
- Excellent communication skills, including handling sensitive information and complex offer negotiations.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Recruiting experience at a company of similar size and stage.
- Experience recruiting for data, infrastructure, or security roles.
- Experience with Gem, Ashby, or similar ATS and sourcing tools; the company uses Gem/MetaView.
- Familiarity with AI tools for sourcing efficiency or candidate research.

## Compensation
- $100–$150 per hour for a 1099 independent contractor, based on experience and scope.
- Contract duration: 6–9 months.
- This contract position does not include employee benefits.
