## Job Description

## What You'll Achieve
- Partner with executive leaders and functional leaders to drive critical business decisions. Build trusted relationships and proactively surface insights, risks, and opportunities.
- Build and own financial models, including capacity and benefits modeling. Prepare strategic trade-off analyses that help leadership prioritize investments so Notion scales responsibly.
- Partner with Corporate Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to deliver monthly and quarterly reporting and forecasting. Ensure accurate, timely reporting, providing clear variance explanations, and translating results into actionable recommendations for executives and functional leaders.
- Identify and implement AI and automation-driven improvements that allow financial processes to scale, drive real-time reporting, and enable impactful analyses.
- Deliver thoughtful ad hoc analyses for executive and business partners with strong judgment, speed, and attention to detail.

## Skills You'll Need to Bring
- Experience leveraging AI in financial workflows. You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance in the technology industry; or in accounting, investment banking, consulting, treasury, or private equity.
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budget vs. actuals, annual planning, and long-range planning.
- Comfortable partnering directly with senior leadership and building cross-functional relationships.
- Intellectual curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to continually up-level current approaches and processes.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail — “get it done” attitude.

## Nice to Haves
- Experience with a high-growth tech company, including native AI, SaaS, or consumption-based businesses.
- Experience with NetSuite, Workday, Zip, and planning tools (Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan).
- Working knowledge of SQL.
