## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategy focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization of Claude.
- Lead ideation, development, and launch of growth-driving features across the product suite.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams on high-impact growth initiatives.
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Define and track KPIs for growth initiatives.
- Balance rapid iteration with AI safety and ethics.

## Requirements
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Passion for AI technology and its societal impact.
- Technical background or ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 6–10 years of product management experience, primarily in growth-focused roles.

## Nice-to-haves
- Founder experience.
- Growth experience with mass-scale B2C products, especially subscription businesses.
- Experience with product-led growth in business and enterprise contexts.

## Compensation
- Annual salary: $385,000–$460,000 USD.
