## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person candidate interviews for all open roles.
- Streamline the interview process and support a high-quality candidate experience.
- Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies and process improvements.
- Partner with sourcers, recruiters, and hiring managers to develop interview plans.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in an operational role working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in roles requiring a high standard of customer service.
- Experience working in an environment focused on continuous process improvement.

## Nice to Have
- Experience working on or closely with a recruiting team.
