## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reliable pipelines unifying people data across HRIS, ATS, performance, compensation, and engagement systems.
- Model sensitive workforce data for analytics and machine learning, emphasizing quality, lineage, privacy, and governance.
- Build predictive and diagnostic models for attrition, hiring funnel health, organizational network analysis, compensation equity, and workforce planning.
- Translate ambiguous people questions into rigorous analyses and actionable recommendations for leaders.
- Partner on employee engagement surveys, including instrument design, data collection, analysis, driver identification, and actionable insights.
- Design and deploy AI agents and automations that monitor signals, generate reports, draft recommendations, and trigger workflows.
- Establish guardrails, evaluation methods, and human-in-the-loop patterns for safe, trustworthy agentic systems handling sensitive data.
- Own and evolve the architecture connecting pipelines, models, and agents.
- Set technical direction and standards through code reviews, design documentation, and peer mentorship.
- Collaborate with People, Data Platform, Security, and Legal teams to ensure compliance, scalability, and usefulness.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience building data pipelines with SQL, Python, dbt/Airflow or similar tools, and cloud data warehouses.
- Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and experiment design.
- Knowledge of people and HR data, including its sensitivity, ethics, and nuance.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks, including automations, prompt design, tool use, and evaluation loops.
- Strong systems thinking and end-to-end architecture skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including explaining models to executives and workflows to engineers.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with people analytics platforms such as Workday or Visier.
- Background in organizational network analysis or workforce planning.
- Experience deploying AI in regulated or privacy-sensitive environments.

## Compensation and Benefits
- U.S. annual base salary ranges by location zone: $142,600–$213,800 (Zone D), $151,200–$226,800 (Zone C), $159,800–$239,600 (Zone B), and $171,800–$257,600 (Zone A).
