## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Transform Databricks' web properties into outstanding destinations using modern development approaches and current technologies for human visitors and AI agents.
- Use AI to automate and accelerate web production, quality assurance, localization, testing, and routine optimization.
- Establish a strategy to evolve and scale the global web presence across segments, products, industries, partners, and languages.
- Keep content legible, accurate, and well represented as AI systems mediate discovery.
- Monitor and optimize web traffic while coordinating with global teams on brand awareness and demand generation.
- Implement testing and personalization programs to create tailored digital experiences that improve conversion.
- Structure web properties for machine readability through clean information architecture, structured data, and trustworthy content.
- Use product-usage data and website analytics to develop growth strategies with the broader marketing organization.
- Manage internal and external partners and vendors and serve as the in-house web strategy expert.
- Establish cross-departmental processes and frameworks for high-velocity digital execution.
- Build and lead a growing, globally distributed team and support team and individual development.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of experience on a high-performing web marketing or development team.
- 5+ years of experience managing a team.
- Deep technical knowledge of website operations, including analytics, UX, technical and content SEO, and information architecture.
- A perspective on AI-driven search, answer engines, structured and machine-readable content, and designing for AI agents and assistants.
- Experience adopting AI tools and agents to streamline web workflows.
- Experience growing and scaling a function for internal teams, departments, and contractors.
- Strong strategic partnership and consensus-building skills, with the ability to translate requirements into customer-centric web experiences.
- Experience leading a large-scale international website refresh or rebuild.
- Experience with web optimization and testing frameworks.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with modern composable or headless web architectures.

## Compensation and Benefits
- ATS-listed base salary range: $172,000–$295,550 USD.
- Compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
