## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and expand hotel partner relationships within the assigned territory, exceeding quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct high-stakes prospecting and executive pitch meetings with senior partner stakeholders.
- Conduct optimization calls and business reviews to develop strong, enduring partnerships and provide timely partner support, including in-person support as needed.
- Manage sales pipelines and deal conversion for prospective hotel partners.
- Prospect and onboard high-quality hotel supply within the assigned geography.
- Educate clients on product updates and communicate product and public-policy feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Use data to identify strategic growth opportunities and allocate resources efficiently.
- Develop and implement localized engagement projects that foster innovation within the territory.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, communications, public policy, legal, tax, and customer support teams.
- Analyze local market trends for internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand the technical aspects of software partnerships and support seamless host and guest experiences.
- Represent Airbnb in meetings with hotels and at industry conferences.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in new sales, business acquisition, account management, and partner support.
- 3+ years of technology or travel industry experience is a plus.
- Proven experience managing a leads pipeline and book of business.
- Strong quantitative and data-interpretation skills.
- Ability to work strategically and tactically in ambiguous environments.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across phone, email, and in-person settings.
- Self-starting, resourceful, and self-sufficient, with strong time-management and prioritization skills.
- Highly proficient with CRM software, including leads, opportunities, and other core objects; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- Role based in Sydney.
- Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy; Airbnb hosting experience is a plus.
