## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Drive exceptional client retention through proactive relationship management, strategic account planning, and early risk identification across assigned portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
- Build deep, multi-threaded client relationships with C-suite executives and stakeholders.
- Independently research solutions, analyze options, and present data-driven recommendations for client challenges.
- Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving with teams including Growth, Sales, Data, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Clinical.
- Achieve 100%+ net revenue retention through strategic renewals and expansion opportunities.

## Basic Requirements

- 10+ years in enterprise account management with success managing strategic client relationships (healthcare, benefits, or SaaS preferred).
- Proven track record of managing multiple strategic enterprise accounts with 95%+ retention rates.
- Complex stakeholder management across C-suite, procurement, and operational levels.
- Experience achieving 100%+ net revenue retention, including contract negotiations and pricing discussions.

## Preferred Requirements

- Experience navigating organizational changes (mergers, leadership transitions, budget cuts) while preserving relationships.
- Working with intermediaries (consultants, brokers, health plans).
- Conducting competitive analyses and translating complex data into executive presentations.
- Startup experience for adaptability and ownership mindset.
