## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Establish, refine, and maintain operational procedures, SOPs, and delivery schedules for high-quality service execution.
- Oversee HRIS data accuracy for employee lifecycle changes and maintain an audit framework to identify upstream errors.
- Lead automation and AI initiatives, including LLM-assisted intake and automated triage routing.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex employee transactional issues.
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Legal, Risk, Benefits, and Field Leadership on priorities, handoffs, and escalations.
- Analyze error patterns and partner with Field Leadership on corrective actions to improve data quality.
- Provide performance reporting and operational insights to the Director of People Operations.
- Manage, coach, and develop People Solutions Coordinators; distribute workload and manage SLA performance.
- Lead medium-to-large operational projects end-to-end and establish cross-training coverage.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or Shared Services.
- Direct experience supervising or managing a team.
- Hands-on expertise with enterprise HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, or ADP.
- Experience evaluating workflows, implementing process improvements, and integrating automation or AI tools.
- Experience partnering with Payroll, HR, Legal, Benefits, and Field Leadership on complex transactions and escalations.
- Strong analytical, communication, influence, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading medium-to-large operational projects and resolving non-routine HR issues.

## Work Arrangement and Compensation
- Office-first role requiring at least four days per week on-site.
- Base salary: $115,000–$140,000 USD annually.
