## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of Verneek's product, its evolving features, competitive landscape, and partner expectations.
- Develop basic understanding of how Verneek's technology and products work.
- Oversee strategic business development initiatives from inception to execution under executive guidance.
- Gather meaningful feedback from business owners and end users to improve technology, product, and go-to-market motions.
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and operations.
- Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.
- Devise new plans in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly uncertain environment.
- Oversee daily operations in collaboration with executives.
- Develop and build relationships with internal and external parties as needed.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for delegated matters, handling inbound and outbound inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with communications.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a business management, operations consulting, or executive role (managing multiple teams and leading strategic initiatives).
- MBA in finance or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree (BS) in a technical field.
- Working knowledge of finance, bookkeeping, contract and employment law.
- Working knowledge of AI products in the market and the evolving technology landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with a successful track record in interdisciplinary communications.
- Work authorization in the US.
