## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Transform the complicated world of health insurance into clear concepts that lead to an effective renewal experience for Rippling clients.
- Coordinate both externally with carriers and internally with operations and implementation teams.
- Fully own mid-year plan changes and client consultations from quoting to installation.
- Strategically identify opportunities for Rippling clients to add additional lines of coverage at their renewal.
- Assist PEO clients with their annual insurance renewal.

## Requirements
- Two or more years in a consultative account management role.
- Well versed in the group health insurance space.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, in both verbal and written form.
- Collaborative spirit with a track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high velocity, fast paced environment.
- An active Life, Accident & Health license.
