## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end automation systems for influencer and creator marketing, including discovery, onboarding, contracts, content tracking, reporting, and payments.
- Query social platforms and databases for creator profiles matching brand keywords and follower thresholds.
- Sync influencer profiles and contact details to the team database.
- Automate welcome packets, brand guidelines, and brief templates for new creators.
- Generate contracts from form data and route them for e-signature.
- Send automated reminders before content deadlines.
- Track influencer posts through APIs and capture live links.
- Aggregate views, likes, comments, and clicks from social APIs into dashboards.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Calculate cost per engagement and conversion rates.
- Route verified creator invoices to finance systems and send payment status alerts.
- Build and maintain integrations and webhook triggers across social platforms, CRM, finance, Slack, and e-signature tools.
- Maintain reliability through error handling, monitoring, secrets management, and audit trails.
- Validate and troubleshoot data with SQL and document workflows for maintainability.

## Requirements
- Hands-on experience with no-code or low-code automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for custom logic and API integrations.
- Experience integrating APIs and building webhook-driven workflows across marketing, CRM, and finance systems.
- SQL proficiency for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Strong systems thinking and attention to reliability, error handling, and data quality.
- Familiarity with secrets management, authentication, and basic security and audit practices.
- Clear communication with non-technical marketing, finance, and legal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in scrappy, high-ownership environments and build systems from the ground up.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with influencer or creator marketing platforms such as CreatorIQ, GRIN, Upfluence, or Aspire.
- Experience with TikTok, Instagram/Meta, or YouTube APIs.
- Experience with DocuSign and payment or finance integrations such as PayPal, Stripe, or Bill.com.
- Familiarity with data warehouses and business intelligence tools.
- Experience using AI or large language models to build or accelerate automations.
