## Job Description

## Your Impact
- Support the design and production of creative assets across campaigns, digital, web, and social
- Help maintain and apply Illumio’s brand system across various touchpoints
- Contribute to presentations, marketing materials, and internal assets
- Work in Figma to support web and product-related design needs
- Assist with layout, image creation, iconography, and production tasks
- Collaborate closely with designers, writers, and cross-functional partners
- Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly to improve output and craft

## Your Toolkit
- 1–3 years of experience (internship, freelance, or full-time) in design or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Working knowledge of Figma and modern design workflows
- Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- A portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking and attention to detail
- A willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a team environment
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset

## Bonus Points
- Experience with Adobe InDesign
- Familiarity with PowerPoint / presentation design
- Exposure to web or UI design principles
- Interest in brand systems, campaigns, and storytelling
