## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Strategic Vision and Partnership Building
- Develop and execute full-funnel sales strategies spanning awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention for top-tier grocery clients.
- Cultivate relationships with client and agency stakeholders, including C-suite, investment, strategy, and activation teams.
- Organize educational summits, strategy sessions, and quarterly business reviews.
- Build and execute strategic business plans to drive Pinterest revenue growth.
- Secure stakeholder buy-in, drive accountability through influence, achieve year-over-year growth, and lead annual deal conversations.
- Demonstrate executive presence and understand client business trends, goals, media KPIs, and growth opportunities.

### Product Expertise and Market Influence
- Advise clients on digital ecosystems and Pinterest advertising offerings across upper- and lower-funnel formats.
- Develop tailored media strategies using industry insights to achieve business goals.
- Drive adoption and scale performance media solutions, including search, Shopping, and feed-based ads.

### Internal and External Collaboration
- Lead negotiations and develop joint business plans aligned with partner goals.
- Mobilize cross-functional teams to address complex challenges.
- Analyze partner goals, deliver data-driven insights, and craft compelling narratives for media strategies.

### Champion Pinterest’s Value
- Present advertising metrics and position Pinterest within advertisers’ media mixes.
- Identify and communicate incremental growth opportunities to expand partnerships.

## Requirements
- Deep understanding of full-funnel advertising, media, and measurement solutions for brand, consideration, and conversion.
- Specialized knowledge of search, shopping, display, and/or social advertising is preferred.
- Proven consultative selling, partnership-building, and negotiation skills, including annual partnership agreements.
- Strong critical-thinking, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue goals while balancing short- and long-term growth objectives.
- Ability to maintain operational excellence and strategic focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as digital media or SaaS sales, or equivalent experience.
- Persistent, challenging mindset with the ability to influence key decision-makers and drive accountability across client, agency, and creative stakeholders.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: **$79,198–$138,597 USD**.
- Eligible for equity and incentive compensation.

- Hybrid role requiring in-office collaboration two times per week within commuting distance of the Chicago office.
- Relocation assistance is not provided.
