## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel sales strategies across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention for top-tier clients.
- Build trusted relationships with client and agency stakeholders, including C-suite, investment, strategy, and activation teams.
- Organize educational summits, strategy sessions, and quarterly business reviews.
- Create strategic business plans to drive Pinterest revenue growth, secure stakeholder buy-in, and drive accountability.
- Lead annual deal conversations and negotiations while developing joint business plans.
- Provide executive-level guidance based on client business goals, media KPIs, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Advise partners on Pinterest’s advertising products and the broader digital ecosystem.
- Develop tailored media strategies and drive adoption of search, Shopping, and feed-based advertising solutions.
- Analyze partner goals and performance trends to deliver data-driven insights and compelling strategic narratives.
- Mobilize cross-functional teams to address complex partner challenges.
- Communicate Pinterest’s value proposition and identify opportunities for incremental partnership growth.

## Requirements
- Deep understanding of full-funnel advertising, including media and measurement solutions for brand, consideration, and conversion.
- Experience with digital advertising, with specialized knowledge of search, Shopping, display, or social advertising preferred.
- Proven consultative selling, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, including annual partnership agreements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to turn business and performance trends into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated record of achieving revenue goals while balancing short- and long-term growth.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, strategic thinking, and operational execution skills.
- Ability to challenge decision-makers, maintain accountability, and develop creative solutions to product or capability gaps.
- Curiosity about and practical application of AI to improve productivity, workflows, client communications, presentations, recommendations, and account strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as digital media or SaaS sales, or equivalent experience.

## Compensation
- Base salary: **$119,489–$209,106 USD**.
- Eligible for equity and incentive compensation.
