## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the customer liaison for Los Angeles Police Department and lead implementation and delivery for law enforcement customers.
- Plan and design end-to-end project deployment and integration activities.
- Manage production and implementation programs against cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
- Translate customer requirements to agile product and technical teams.
- Build and drive plans with engineering teams to meet milestones.
- Manage contract risks and opportunities and communicate them to business and program leaders.
- Support go-to-market and business activities as needed.

## Requirements
- Experience as a customer-facing professional services or program manager, or in a similar complex role, preferably with law enforcement agencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interaction with senior leaders.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and concepts.
- Proven experience implementing new technology, using agile development, and interfacing with technical teams to deliver customer schedules.
- Experience implementing internal business systems, processes, and controls for large-scale customer projects in the law enforcement field.
- Experience with law enforcement and commercial unmanned aircraft systems and related software development.
- Law enforcement or federal program management experience, including technology assessments, systems design, systems analysis, programmatic support, acquisition planning, and budget planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analytics and independent resolution of complex problems.
- Obtain FAA Part 107 certification within the first 60 days of employment if required for the position.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary: **$145,000–$180,000**.
