> Design, architect, and implement end-to-end healthcare AI workflows on Notable's platform using Flow Builder. Translate operational challenges into scalable AI solutions across structured/unstructured data, lead customer implementations, testing, training, and change management while providing product feedback.

## Job Description

## What You’ll Do

### AI Workflow Architecture & Design
- Design, scope, and architect end-to-end healthcare AI workflows utilizing the Notable platform and Flow Builder.
- Translate business and operational requirements into scalable AI flow architectures grounded in customer context and Notable best practices.
- Build intelligent automation flows incorporating AI orchestration across sub-flows and agents, decision logic and routing based on clinical and operational rules, data transformation across heterogeneous healthcare data models, and human-in-the-loop workflows for exception handling, QA, and escalation.
- Define and standardize workflow patterns balancing automation, accuracy, safety, and compliance.
- Recommend flow design choices based on patterns from similar organizations, tying recommendations to expected impact and measurable outcomes.
- Socialize designs with key customer decision-makers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, safety, and adherence to Notable’s best practices.

### Healthcare Data Modeling & Integration
- Architect solutions leveraging multiple healthcare data models including HL7, EHR-native data objects (e.g., Cerner/Oracle Millennium, Epic), API-based and event-driven integrations (REST, webhooks, messaging, FHIR).
- Design workflows operating across structured data (demographics, orders, encounters, appointments, coverage), semi-structured data (forms, questionnaires, intake packets), and unstructured data (documents, faxes, clinical notes, pathology reports).
- Ensure accurate and maintainable data mapping, normalization, and enrichment to support downstream AI and automation.
- Collaborate with Integration Specialists and customer IT teams to validate end-to-end data flows, error handling, and observability.

### Implementation & Delivery Leadership
- Lead technical scoping sessions with customers to define workflow scope, constraints, dependencies, integration requirements, data contracts, data sources/ownership/quality, and success metrics/baselines/value levers.
- Independently implement flows with customers via Flow Builder, defining/managing scope, setting expectations, influencing stakeholders, building/owning project plans, running meetings, providing status updates, and maintaining accountability for outcomes and timelines.
- Develop and execute rigorous testing plans (unit, integration, UAT) ensuring flows are vetted and signed off prior to launch.
- Serve as technical authority for implementations, ensuring accurate data mapping/field-level validation, reliable/observable flow execution, performance/scale readiness with attention to cost/utilization.
- Proactively escalate risks/blockers, propose recommendations, and drive resolution in partnership with Product, Engineering, Integrations, and Support.
- Facilitate transition to steady-state ownership with Customer Success and Support, ensuring documentation, runbooks, and success criteria.

### Product Feedback & Platform Evolution
- Provide structured feedback to Product, Engineering, and Integrations on platform/integration gaps, high-impact patterns, deployment ease, competitive solutions, and market signals.
- Help shape reusable templates, patterns, and reference architectures to accelerate future implementations.

## You’re a Great Fit If You
- Thrive on technical challenges and pushing boundaries of applied healthcare AI.
- Demonstrate strong product intuition on impacts to patients, staff, outcomes, and growth.
- Bridge technical execution and strategic vision, connecting architecture decisions to business value.
- Inspire innovation and experimentation in partners, Builders, and leaders.
- Operate comfortably in complex healthcare environments with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.
- Act as an entrepreneur who builds and solves novel challenges.
- Communicate clearly with diverse audiences from engineers to executives and front-line operators.

## What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise software workflow design/configuration, healthcare IT/health system operations/healthcare analytics, or AI/automation platforms/low-code tools/integration platforms.
- Experience in dynamic, collaborative, fast-paced environments with autonomy and end-to-end ownership.
- Self-driven thought partner who thinks critically about complex systems, breaks down ambiguous problems, root-causes issues, and identifies testable assumptions.
- Hands-on experience configuring workflows.
