## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for business organizations, particularly go-to-market functions such as sales and marketing.
- Partner with leaders to develop top-of-funnel strategies for key roles.
- Source and build healthy, representative pipelines through cold outreach, events, content production, inbound applications, and referrals.
- Use data to inform hiring strategies and present insights to executives to influence positive change.
- Identify, conceptualize, and drive business improvement initiatives.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience in a high-growth business.
- Experience partnering with senior executives on high-volume searches in go-to-market organizations.
- Expert knowledge of the SaaS and scaling technology landscape in APAC, particularly Singapore.
- Advanced sourcing and passive-engagement skills.
- Ability to build talent strategies with hiring managers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

## Nice to Have
- Experience hiring across multiple countries in APAC.
- Proficiency in an additional Asian language, such as Japanese or Korean.
