## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
- Work directly with technical contacts at customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
- Craft technical demonstrations that communicate the product’s value proposition.
- Create technical enablement resources to improve the sales team’s effectiveness and technical fluency.
- Build self-service tools and documentation that help customers implement solutions independently.
- Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features and collaborate with product teams to develop them.

## Requirements
- Passion for AI, technology, and voice AI products.
- Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions, and providing tailored technical support.
- Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
- Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams.
- Strong technical background, including architecting integrations between solutions and existing customer systems.
- Customer-facing experience; experience from student clubs or side projects is acceptable.
- Proficiency in Python, software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Mandarin and English fluency.
