## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Run account operating rhythms, including agendas, notes, action items, and recaps for WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs.
- Build and maintain 30-60-90 day client plans with owners, timelines, and success metrics.
- Draft client updates and presentation slides, translating performance data into narratives and next steps.
- Manage tickets, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain TikTok Shop Seller Center hygiene, including PDP checks, catalog updates, and compliance follow-ups.
- Monitor account-health metrics such as Late Dispatch Rate, Valid Tracking Rate, cancellations, and refunds.
- Launch and coordinate promotions, including bundles, coupons, and seasonal events.
- Support troubleshooting for approvals and policy issues through evidence gathering and escalation documentation.
- Write briefs for Content and Creative teams and track revisions against SLAs and quality standards.
- Partner with Media and Analytics on dashboards, UTM hygiene, and weekly performance reporting.
- Coordinate with Operations and Logistics on fulfillment readiness and customer experience.
- Maintain Notion trackers, risk logs, promo calendars, and asset libraries.
- Perform QA checks for accuracy, links, pricing, promo eligibility, and compliance.
- Improve playbooks and SOPs and document lessons learned.

## Requirements
- 1–7+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, digital marketing, consulting, or client-facing operations.
- Strong project management skills, including task tracking, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel and basic analysis using filters, pivots, and lookups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong service mindset.
- Familiarity with TikTok as a consumer platform and willingness to learn TikTok Shop.
- Strong familiarity with beauty and cosmetic brands.
- Strategic thinking, ownership, organization, follow-through, and a desire to grow into a Senior Account Manager role.

## Nice-to-haves
- Agency experience.
- Experience with TikTok Shop, Seller Center, or marketplace operations.
- Experience with dashboards, GMV, CTR, CVR, AOV, refunds, promotions, or creator activations.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $65,000–$108,500 annually.
