## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with Accounting to define and maintain depreciation methodologies and useful-life assumptions for data center, compute, and infrastructure assets.
- Own the roadmap for Finance’s core systems, including ERP, FP&A/planning platforms, and reporting tools.
- Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions and lead finance systems implementations or upgrades.
- Build repeatable, well-documented processes for planning, reporting, and month-end close support.
- Coordinate with Accounting, IT, Data Center Operations, and business-unit Finance teams to ensure consistent adoption of capital policies, system changes, and forecasting standards.
- Improve the underlying data architecture and reporting layer used by FP&A.
- Roll out new tools, policies, and methodologies through documentation and training.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including meaningful experience in FP&A leadership, finance transformation, or finance systems roles.
- Experience partnering with Accounting on capital asset policy, depreciation methodology, or capitalization standards.
- Experience in an asset-heavy or infrastructure business is preferred.
- Track record of owning or driving major finance systems implementations or upgrades, including ERP, EPM/planning tools, or BI platforms.
- Deep understanding of forecasting and planning methodologies.
- Strong process orientation and ability to standardize processes and drive adoption.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

## Nice to Have
- CPA, MBA, or equivalent experience.
