## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Produce *Intelligent Finance*, Plaid’s podcast and video series.
- Own end-to-end production of flagship video and audio content, from concept through final delivery.
- Partner with Content Design to translate product and narrative concepts into video-native stories.
- Translate complex products, data, and industry perspectives into compelling stories.
- Build a repeatable, high-quality production process and a bench of trusted external partners.
- Partner with Social, Brand Marketing, Creative, Communications, and Product Marketing on distribution and amplification.
- Coordinate with Communications on narrative for executive-facing content.
- Help define Plaid’s visual and editorial approach to video as the content portfolio expands.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in content marketing.
- Significant experience producing high-quality video content, with ownership from concept through final delivery.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling instincts and creative judgment across long- and short-form formats.
- Ability to turn complex, technical subject matter into clear, engaging stories.
- Executive presence and the ability to work credibly and composedly with senior leadership, including the CEO.
- Ability to operate independently, move quickly, and step into an active production without a ramp-up period.

## Nice to Have
- B2B or fintech experience.
- Experience producing a podcast.
- Experience developing a show or content franchise around an executive or founder host.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $148,000–$190,000.
- Additional compensation may include equity and/or commission, depending on the position offered.
