## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and own sourcing strategy for engineering, product, and design, from target-list construction to first outreach to close
- Hunt for top-tier talent for payments and infra engineers, identity and access, developer platform, and design engineering roles
- Run full-cycle recruiting for complex technical roles, coordinating interviews, technical assessments, and system design
- Be the market intelligence resource for hiring managers: comp benchmarking, competitive landscape, and talent-pool sizing
- Run a fast, high-bar process with strong candidate experience

## Requirements
- 5+ years in technical recruiting, with a heavy emphasis on outbound sourcing
- Strong opinions on what a great engineer looks like, with examples to defend them
- Track record driving searches end to end across a wide range of engineering roles
- Cold outreach that converts; ability to get responses from passive candidates
- Use AI throughout workflow
- High ownership and high standards

## Nice to Have
- Experience hiring for fintech, infra, or payments teams
- Experience building an in-person, high-intensity team
