## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Run delivery programs across concurrent gigawatt builds: schedule, dependencies, and decisions from design release to energization.
- Own the interfaces where builds slip, between design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, and keep them tight.
- Drive the weekly operating rhythm for your program: risks surfaced weeks early, escalations resolved in days.
- Carry the program plan as the single source of truth and keep it honest against the field.

## Requirements
- Delivered large capital or infrastructure programs and hit dates others called impossible.
- Run programs spanning engineering, procurement, and construction without owning any of them.
- Find the critical path by instinct and defend it ruthlessly.
- Escalate early with options, not surprises with apologies.
- Program artifacts, schedule, risk log, and decisions, are current enough to run the program from.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Data center or power delivery.
- P6 or modern scheduling stacks.
- EPC interfaces.
- Multi-site portfolios.
