## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design and code product features, combining strong visual design with technical implementation.
- Work on challenging product design problems and improve the in-house design system.
- Consult with Product Engineers on bespoke design work.
- Conduct customer conversations, wireframe flows, implement design systems, and turn wireframes into polished user interfaces.
- Build flexible, composable components for setup wizards and other product experiences.
- Improve information hierarchy and scannability in product designs.
- Ship iteratively, gather feedback from users, and use feedback and business needs to prioritize improvements.
- Participate in customer issue resolution and investigations.

## Requirements
- Professional experience practicing Design Engineering or a comparable combination of design and engineering.
- Major contributions to a design system.
- Experience designing and implementing features used by hundreds of users and iterating based on user feedback.
- Excellent visual design taste and execution.
- Strong proficiency in both design and engineering, with exceptional proficiency in the discipline practiced full-time.
- Ability to work independently with minimal process and structure.
- Collaborative communication and ownership of product and design decisions.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $256,000–$380,000.
