## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Scale relationships with high-performing enterprise accounting partners, especially large US accounting firms.
- Lead partner meetings, navigate business development and independence constraints, and build champions across business units and geographies.
- Drive partner referral conversion with commercial teams by optimizing playbooks and systematizing referral lifecycles.
- Expand partnerships with mid-market and regional accounting firms, including referral and co-sell structures.
- Prioritize partner motions that connect tax credit buyers and tax equity investors with clean energy projects.
- Maintain partner records, attribution, pipeline data, champion health, and referral momentum with Revenue Operations.
- Collaborate with Market Intelligence and Marketing on intelligence briefings, tailored reports, events, and client activation.
- Attend partner briefings, conferences, and roadshows; approximately 25% travel.

## Requirements
- Genuine tax fluency and the ability to advise credibly with Big Four tax partners or in-house tax executives.
- Practical understanding of accounting-firm transaction processes, business development organizations, independence and compliance constraints, billing relationships, and partner referral incentives.
- Proven ability to build impactful enterprise-level relationships.
- Track record of delivering commercial outcomes from partnerships, such as revenue, pipeline contribution, or conversion metrics.
- Approximately 6–8 years of experience owning meaningful workstreams or relationships.
- Experience building or refining partnership playbooks.
- Ability to work independently in a high-growth environment with limited support.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills without direct authority.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn clean energy finance, transferable tax credits, and tax equity.
- Interest in using AI tools to improve day-to-day work.

## Nice to Have
- Experience in an accounting firm or transaction advisory practice, tax technology or tax insurance channel team, or structured finance.
- Experience in a high-growth environment.
