## Job Description

## Responsibilities

**Revenue Strategy**
- Leverage AI and BI tools (Claude, Codex, Snowflake) to provide weekly, monthly, annual and long-term forecast and revenue trends
- Communicate insights across products, regions, and customer cohorts to Sales and Leadership teams
- Connect forecasts to unit economics, capital expenditure investments, and P&L impact, working closely with Finance
- Identify high-impact business opportunities and leverage AI tools and ML models to drive analysis leading to clear recommendations
- Build annual planning and regional quota targets, integrating bottoms-up and tops-down sales productivity models

**AI Across the Business**
- Identify and lead implementation of high-impact, cross-functional autonomous systems where AI agents and emerging technologies can scale productivity
- Evaluate new growth opportunities and lead ad-hoc analysis
- Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents and emerging technologies across Finance, Sales, and the broader business
- Partner with Business Intelligence, Business Systems, Sales Operations, and Product teams

## Requirements
- Exceptional and engaging communicator who can summarize complex analysis in simple, actionable terms
- Experience building Claude Code Skills or Codex Automations transferable to other teams
- Strong Finance background with ability to explain ARR, NRR, bookings, billings, and revenue differences
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with sharp attention to detail
- 5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, Data Analysis, VC, or PE

## Nice to Have
- Experience at a SaaS, cloud, or consumption-based business
- Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, and modern BI tooling (Tableau or similar)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and NetSuite as source systems
- Exposure to channel or partner-led revenue models

## Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $120,000–$160,000
- Additional compensation may include bonus/variable pay, equity, and comprehensive benefits package
