## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements across GTM, Services, R&D, and G&A.
- Build talent pipelines across multiple business units and shift focus based on evolving regional priorities.
- Use Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter to create personalized, high-conversion outreach.
- Lead initial phone screens to evaluate professional competency, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate, current data in Greenhouse and ensure compliance with internal processes and regional regulations, including GDPR.
- Coordinate with recruiters and scheduling teams to support the candidate experience through the interview stage.
- Monitor industry trends, EMEA market insights, and talent acquisition best practices, and share actionable recommendations.

## Requirements

- Proven experience sourcing talent across the EMEA region and navigating diverse, multi-country candidate pools.
- Solid talent-sourcing or recruiting background, ideally combining in-house and agency experience.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Excellent organization and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills for identifying and engaging top-tier talent.
- Knowledge of regional talent markets across technology, professional services, and corporate functions.
- Understanding of relevant employment laws.
- Ability to use data and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and improve sourcing strategies.
