## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own KPIs related to sign-up rate and engagement (app usage, reimbursement with Garner) across our book of business.
- Own full-funnel, high volume experimentation: run multiple high-velocity A/B and multivariate tests weekly across email, SMS, direct mail, push notifications to drive sign-up and engagement KPIs.
- Launch new marketing channels &amp; tactics: innovate to develop new marketing tactics &amp; channels end-to-end, including strategy &amp; concept design, business case / ROI proposal &amp; analysis, testing &amp; iteration, and reporting to leadership.
- Build segmentation &amp; personalized journeys: build capability for segmenting, targeting, and personalizing member journeys through complex, automated workflows in Iterable leveraging multiple data sources (health triggers, demographics, Garner engagement).
- Build scalable processes &amp; AI tools: build “growth tech stack,” automate workflows, build AI tools (e.g., coding &amp; QA agents in Iterable, reporting &amp; campaign optimization, personalized messages), and create automated dashboards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product teams, Client Management, Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Data.

## Requirements
- 5-8+ years of B2C marketing experience and proven Growth Hacker: strong experience in Growth at high-growth tech, health tech, or ecommerce company (growth marketing, growth hacking, growth product, lifecycle marketing, or similar).
- Results-oriented strategic problem solver: analytical, creative &amp; innovative, results-driven.
- Proven track record with experimentation, including high volume A/B testing driving real quantitative results.
- Technical marketer with strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms (preferably **Iterable**), executing campaign builds &amp; leveraging **HTML/CSS** for basic email template customization.
- Personalization expert with deep experience in segmentation, targeting, and executing personalized member journeys.
- Strong critical thinking &amp; problem solving skills.
- Strong project management skills: juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work cross-functionally.

## Compensation
Target salary range: **$145,000 - $190,000** base. Eligible for equity incentive and competitive benefits: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health.
