## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own product areas from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Talk to customers and turn insights into clear product direction.
- Research the agent ecosystem, emerging trends, and competitors.
- Identify and develop new product opportunities from zero to one.
- Partner with engineering and design to ship quickly.
- Define success metrics and evaluate product outcomes.
- Make prioritization decisions with incomplete information.
- Coordinate launches with marketing and sales.
- Contribute to broader product strategy and roadmap.

## Requirements
- Programming background through education or professional experience.
- Experience building products for technical users and understanding developers.
- Ability to reason about APIs, SDKs, and software architecture.
- Experience taking products or features from an idea to real usage.
- Customer-focused approach, using evidence to shape decisions.
- Strong product judgment and bias toward action.
- Clear communication across engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Ability to move quickly and create structure amid ambiguity.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with developer tools, infrastructure, or AI products.
- Understanding of product-led growth, pricing, or packaging.
- Interest in founding a company.

## Compensation
- Annual salary: $150,000–$225,000.
