## Job Description

## What You'll Do

- Engage with performance marketing teams at top-tier, innovative companies as a strategic peer, understanding attribution and campaign scaling challenges and educating them on agentic workflows
- Partner closely with sales to navigate complex enterprise buying processes, define pilot success criteria, and drive pilots to closed-won deals
- Work hand-in-hand with Forward Deployed Creative Designers to bridge performance data and creative execution, ensuring AI-generated assets are optimized for conversion
- Design the go-to-market motion as the first person in this role, define educational frameworks for new customers, and feed market insights back to product and engineering teams

## What We're Looking For

- Deep, hands-on experience running and scaling performance marketing campaigns with strong understanding of metrics and pain points
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to build consensus, handle objections, and close deals
- Proven experience working closely with creative teams and designers, including briefing creatives and evaluating assets
- Excitement about building a new function from the ground up in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Eagerness to dive deep into AI-driven creative performance and agentic marketing tools
