## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Legal Engineers – Product Specialists through coaching, performance management, and career development.
- Own the post-implementation customer relationship from a legal engineering perspective, ensuring law firm and in-house clients are onboarded, trained, and supported on an ongoing basis.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex or strategic customer engagements, applying deep product and legal expertise.
- Partner with Account Management and Sales to identify expansion opportunities, support renewals, and contribute to retention strategy.
- Collaborate with Product to surface customer feedback, advocate for platform improvements, and keep the team informed of new features and roadmap developments.
- Define and iterate on team processes, playbooks, and frameworks to build a scalable, high-performing function.

## Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with **7+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE)** in a law firm or in-house legal environment.
- Experience managing or mentoring a team, with a track record of developing talent and driving performance.
- Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools, with the ability to quickly develop and demonstrate platform expertise.
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders at law firms and in-house legal teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience running training, workshops, or client-facing product sessions.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach.
