## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Track marketing project timelines and deliverables, flagging risks and potential delays.
- Confirm marketing teams have the resources and information needed to execute their work.
- Maintain project management systems and workflows so status remains clear and current.
- Support financial tracking for marketing projects, including budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities with external vendors and partners.
- Identify bottlenecks and gaps in marketing processes and escalate them to the team.
- Prepare status updates and reporting on projects, timelines, and resourcing.
- Respond to cross-functional questions about marketing project status.
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline recurring work.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of operations experience.
- Strong project management skills and experience with project management systems and tools.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Experience handling budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing.
- Experience managing external vendor and partner relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented problem-solving approach.
- Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency.

## Nice to Have
- Marketing operations or digital marketing experience.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms or CRM systems.
- Familiarity with budget tracking or basic financial reporting.

## Compensation
- Salary range: $75,000–$110,000.
- Discretionary performance bonus of 8–12% of base salary, based on individual and company performance.
