## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Partner with GTM leadership to translate strategic objectives into programs with clear goals, milestones, and success metrics.
- Design end-to-end GTM programs focused on account targeting, sales methodology adoption, team engagement, customer enablement, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage program execution from planning through launch, measurement, and optimization, including project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Align senior stakeholders across regional sales, marketing, product, and executive teams; secure buy-in and manage expectations.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement AI and emerging technologies to improve GTM effectiveness, team productivity, and customer engagement.
- Gather and analyze feedback from sales teams and customers to optimize programs.
- Create program communications, collateral, and training materials that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.
- Track program impact through KPIs and metrics and report on progress and business outcomes.
- Identify and resolve issues and roadblocks, recommending program adjustments and enhancements.
- Contribute recommendations for new GTM programs and initiatives.

## Requirements

- Experience managing complex programs and initiatives in SaaS and/or AI-oriented technology companies, including sales operations, marketing operations, or related functions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive programs from strategy through execution and measurement.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to define objectives and identify critical paths.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and managing cross-functional dependencies.
- Project and program management expertise, including planning, tracking, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of enterprise SaaS go-to-market best practices, sales processes, and GTM productivity drivers.
- Experience with and enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to define metrics, gather data, and draw insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Execution-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
- Collaborative and solution-oriented approach in matrix organizations.
