## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Executive Office & CEO Leverage
- Build and lead the daily operations, processes, rhythms, and infrastructure of the executive office.
- Act as an extension of the CEO with internal and external stakeholders, prioritizing and routing inquiries or handling them directly.
- Partner with the executive assistant to align the CEO’s calendar with company priorities.
- Represent the CEO in selected meetings, challenge ideas, provide perspective, and drive action-item follow-through.
- Manage the CEO’s external brand and reputation.

### Operating Rhythm & Planning
- Run leadership meetings, board meetings, leadership offsites, and company-wide communications.
- Drive quarterly planning cycles, OKRs, leadership reviews, and major business updates.
- Own the company operating dashboard, including metrics definition, instrumentation, weekly tracking, and escalation of risks.
- Design decisive meetings with clear agendas, decisions, and follow-through.

### Cross-Functional Execution
- Lead strategic initiatives spanning engineering, go-to-market, and operations.
- Track high-priority initiatives, surface blockers and dependencies, and follow up with owners using actionable recommendations.
- Promote team integration and cross-functional communication.

### Board, Investors & Stakeholder Management
- Own board cadence, including deck production, narrative, data room, and preparation.
- Support fundraising through modeling, materials, and diligence coordination.
- Track and nurture relationships with investors, customers, and strategic partners.
- Synthesize performance, risks, and open decisions into concise external communications.

### Strategic Advisory
- Serve as a thought partner to the CEO by challenging assumptions and developing analysis, options, and recommendations.
- Maintain focus on long-term planning and strategic priorities.

## Requirements
- 3–7 years of demonstrated growth in business operations, strategy, or operator roles at high-velocity companies, frontier AI labs, top-tier startups, or through a consulting or banking-to-operator path.
- Experience operating close to LLM products and practical understanding of evaluation and inference economics.
- Exceptional writing and analytical thinking.
- Excellent judgment with confidential information, competing priorities, and executive relationships.
- Track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from ambiguity to completion.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Low-ego, high-ownership approach.

## Hiring Process

## Compensation & Benefits
- $215,000–$255,000 annual salary.
