## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Optimize sales and customer success processes by streamlining workflows, improving conversion rates, reducing customer-journey friction, and enhancing team productivity.
- Analyze business performance by building dashboards, tracking KPIs, identifying growth opportunities, and providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Support vendor relationships, including managing partnerships, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with external vendors for go-to-market initiatives.
- Create RFP responses, security questionnaires, executive presentations, and custom proposals for enterprise customers.
- Own revenue operations, including maintaining the sales funnel, improving forecast accuracy, and optimizing the CRM and sales stack.
- Design and execute growth experiments, pilot new channels, and iterate on go-to-market strategy.
- Enable sales-team success through training materials, competitive intelligence, and tools that help representatives close deals.
- Coordinate cross-functional go-to-market projects across sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams.
- Provide operational support, data analysis, and project coordination for strategic sales opportunities.

## Requirements
- Experience in management consulting at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG, or in investment banking.
- Business operations experience at a successful Series A–C startup, particularly in AI/ML or developer tools.
- Understanding of AI/ML market dynamics and enterprise software sales cycles.

## Nice to Have
- Technical background in engineering, data science, or product management.
