## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Maintain a pipeline of high-value prospects in Salesforce and accurately forecast revenue.
- Own the sales cycle from initial discovery and product demonstration through contract signature.
- Consistently attain and exceed monthly quota.
- Become a product expert across the platform and understand the competitive landscape.
- Partner with the Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions for new customers.
- Work EST/EDT hours, from 5:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. IST.
- Work from the Bangalore office three days per week.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably selling B2B SaaS.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience carrying a $720,000+ annual quota.
- Comfortable with monthly quotas and high-volume sales cycles.
- Demonstrated sales success, preferably ranking in the top 10% of a sales organization.
- Fluent in English.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience selling HRIS/HCM software.
- Experience selling security-related products.
