## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects spanning engineering, operations, and go-to-market.
- Own end-to-end execution of RL Environments delivery for strategic customers and projects.
- Report progress directly to the founders and work on high-impact company problems.

## Requirements
- Strong technical background; a computer science degree is ideal.
- Ability to perform data analytics using SQL or Python.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to own ambiguous, cross-functional projects end-to-end while balancing speed and quality.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building from scratch.
- Strong communication skills and a bias toward ownership.

## Nice-to-Haves
- 2+ years leading a team, developing product or operational processes, or working as a software engineer.
- Experience at startups or high-growth companies, in consulting, or tackling operational challenges.
- Experience with human data or applied AI, specifically post-training or reinforcement learning.
