## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise and consumer music business end to end.
- Develop and execute a unified strategy across B2B, artist-focused, and creator/consumer music offerings.
- Oversee music product, licensing, marketing, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with go-to-market and forward-deployed engineering teams on the sale and implementation of music tools.
- Represent the company at global industry and technology events.

## Requirements
- Ability to craft and execute cohesive strategies across B2B, artist, and consumer music tools, including product, licensing, marketing, partnerships, and sales.
- Deep experience, relationships, and respect across the music industry.
- Proven track record developing music technology and excellent product judgment.
- Deep knowledge of licensing in the recorded music and publishing industries.
- Experience marketing music technology products.
- Leadership and people-management experience.
- Comfort with public speaking.
