## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Become an expert on Pinterest's advertising products and best practices, particularly lower-funnel solutions, and educate clients on product features and benefits.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for major Greater China Entertainment App advertisers, aligned with business objectives and marketing goals.
- Identify growth opportunities, address challenges, and cultivate long-term relationships with key client decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and providing expert guidance and support.
- Drive revenue growth through account management, upselling, and cross-selling, while meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve client ROI.
- Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations.
- Collaborate with Ads Policy, Engineering, Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, and Performance Solutions teams.
- Mentor and guide other account managers, share best practices, and provide ongoing support.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and the evolving digital advertising landscape, particularly in the Greater China Entertainment App sector.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, managing high-value relationships, driving strategic learning agendas, and leading client communication.
- Experience working with Greater China Export advertisers.
- Experience working with Entertainment App advertisers.
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid technical foundation and relevant experience with Search, Shopping, App, or Social advertising technologies.
- Fluency in business Mandarin and English.
- Willingness to travel for approximately 30% of business needs.
- Bachelor's degree required.
